Hi. I'm trying to get some decent scores in old PCMark04 and PCMark07, but i've encountered some FPS limitation issues with Graphics Memory - 64 lines tests.

I guess it's 2D test. No such issues with 3D tests. Screenshot below shows the priblem. Does anyone knows how to bypass this 2D framerate limitation locked with display refresh rate?

Maybe it's somehow related to Windows 10 DWM registry settings ?

PS: Vertical sync forced off as well as G-Sync.

And second question: WMV Video compression test almost twice more FPS on Windows 10 comparing to Windows 7. Anyone knows how to fix this ?
