hey bro you check hwinfo max over 5500 > 5501.3mhz and re check cpu-z information was not 5500 > 5300mhz need to modify it 5501.3mhz hwinfo is invalid

The Validation at 5300mhz is what happens I believe with Intel Boost or some of the Intel implementation for Boost, Speedshift, etc. Not sure which does it. I am at 5500mhz, then I press F7 or Validate on CPUz and the core speed goes down to 5300mhz, sometimes 5400mhz and as soon as the validation is saved it goes back up to 5500mhz. That's how it is.
