I just ran it on my daily with Win11, no problems in Basic nor Xtreme preset to submit. 

More info would be great though OS version,... did you install all distributables,...

Yes, Win11, current version, installed everything. No errors.

Able to submit every other benchmark file without issue

This error usually means the benchmark output didn't include the expected score data. Double-check that you're using the exact, unmodified version from the rules page and that the benchmark ran completely without interruptions.
