ASUS Rampage III Extreme Black Edition, ASRock Z87M OC Formula - various error codes

1) ASUS Rampage III Extreme Black Edition  tray -  It starts, but displays error code and does not show an image  - 150 euros   130 euro
2) ASRock Z87M OC Formula  box  - It starts, but displays various error codes and does not show an image - 60 euros   50 euro
 

The last time they were turned on, they worked... I think they broke because they were not used... I have neither the time nor the knowledge to repair them
