GT3 score looks bugged.

seems a bit high but what can you do ? I just ran it like all the other benches ?

I'll run it again and get a lower score and put that up.

Neither is even remotely legit

Some tips:

On old gen GT3 can never have a higher result than GT2. Newer cards can come really close

Your nature score is way too low too. 

If you end up in top 3 maybe take a look at other subs

Reset your 3d03 profile in inspector, reinstall 3d03...
