184 pin dimm, square chips, black pcb, yellowish heatspreaders. Sadly no sticker so no idea who is manufacturer and if it is really ddr2.

    But 184pin it s DDR1 , 184pin DDR2 ??? DDR2 to DDR1 adapter ??? ADD PHOTOOOOO OF THIS!
