Question about undervolting GPU and furmark

I UV my ampere card nicely, managed to get it to 900mv with 1950 clock, my load on games and heaven went from almost 300 to 200W.

I'm prety happy with the results but when using furmark with the exact same settings it pulls the 300W. Is this a furmark thing?
