It hangs on a white screen, and there is 0% CPU/RAM usage for the process in Task Manager. I’m using an i9-9900KF with Windows 10. I have tried uninstalling the software and ensured that I selected the option to remove any previous profiles, but that has not resolved the issue. I have also restarted my computer multiple times and checked for any software conflicts, but nothing seems to work to solve this white blank screen issue. Has anyone experienced this problem or have any suggestions for getting XTU to launch properly? whitescreen Edited October 24 by sophi-josephine Quote
sophi-josephine Posted October 24 Author Posted October 24 @Leeghoofd, I'm using the latest version of XTU (v7.9.0.24). Despite multiple reinstalls and clearing profiles, I still encounter the White screen issue with no CPU/RAM activity. Quote
