I am trying to overclock a few server/workstation cards from nvidia.
Namely the grid K1 and the tesla M10 , both are 4 gpu's on one card.
As soon as i apply the settings for the gpu speed , the settings are ignored and everything is put back to stock.
With the m10 i can lower powertarget without any problem and the card then also works slower.

The grid K1 is on w10 with latest 370.41 whql driver
For the m10 i need to use windows server 2012 with 376.84 driver ( only working windows driver i have found so far )
What could be the problem and how can this be solved?

Did you have to change a certain setting in 370.41 driver or in afterburner to be able to overclock the grid K1 or grid K340?

I've been trying since 2021 😅 I've already tried to mod the bios myself but that was my first card that I destroyed and there have been more followed for unknown reasons.

i can try and dump the vbios from my grid that i OCed on, but honestly it just kinda worked for me and i didnt have to do anything crazy, just loaded drivers and loaded an appropriately old MSI afterburner

Thanks for replay.

With the M10

I have tried several old AfterBurner versions ( AB1.5 ex , AB moa ,AB2 ex , AB 1.51, gpu tweak III )

Whit the K1 I have tried some old versions but i don't know which

Over the years of trying with the grid K1 I have already destroyed 1 card with a bios mod :)
