jspace Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I'm having some trouble running wprime on one particular system. It says "not a valid win32 application" when I try to start the benchmark. It works on another system I have with a different CPU and UAC turned on. Screenie below. Quote

jspace Posted April 14, 2009 Author Posted April 14, 2009 No good. Already running as administrator (I think) and UAC isn't even on. Unless something else changed and it can't actually be turned off? It works on an Athlon64 system with UAC on after I elevate permissions, but not on this Xeon system with UAC off/disabled. Quote
Crew stummerwinter Posted April 14, 2009 Crew Posted April 14, 2009 Strange, for me 1.55 works smooth under W7 (Built 7000), just turned of UAC with i7... Quote
ZL1 Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 what happens if you enable WinXP compat mode? (right mouse click, properties, second tab I think) +1 had same issue on win7, had to use compatibility mode for wprime Quote
