Ok, I did the mods (lol, so much things are soldered on the graphics card now).

Alienware M17X / GTX 260M

2 Phase for GPU:

1 phase for memory:

Memory Volt Mod (Working & Tested):

Voltage Regulator: ISL6269

From FB(pin6) to GND, R=1164 Ω

Solder a 20K VR from FB to GND.

Stock Voltage Measured:

idle: 1.57v

Load: 1.863v

After mod @ 20K (R(FB to GND is now 1100 Ω)):

idle: 1.66v

Load: 1.97v

GPU Volt Mod (Doesn't work, tried FB, FB2 and rbias)

Voltage Regulator: ISL9502

R from FB to GND = 79000 Ω

I used a 1M VR, Req (Ω) = 73000 Ω

Stock Voltage Measured:

idle: 0.907v

Load: 1.015v

After Mod @ 1M Ω:

idle: 0.907v (should be 0.99v)

Load: 1.015v (Should be 1.09v)

So my memory Mod is working, but not the GPU mod, I guess, it's vsellocked Maybe I will vsel mod it, maybe.... or not.

Soooo, as nor FB/FB2/rbias(vref) Mods are working and as I don't want to try vselmod, I edited the bios to raise voltage, I flashed the card with a 1.1v bios and a 1.2v bios, voltage raised only from 1.009 to 1.06v... not worth a new series of tests :(
