Just a bit of fun.....and a test ;-)

I would have jumped in and given you other Aussies a run for your money, but OCAU only. Ah well, next time. ;)

For a bit of a challenge (6c/12t will win every time) try using only 4c/8t and see what you come up with :)

Drop 2 cores (in BIOS) and keep HT on should give you 4c/8t ;)

ewww means i have to reboot the machine, cant do it via Asus tweak software

You can do it in windows - maconfig :)

But wow - no reboot?? O_o

I reboot 100's of times a night lol - not so bad with fast boot speeds ;)

Nuh, just upped the multi to 50 and the voltage up, ran wprime 3 times (first two i didnt realise i had to set how many threads to use) then set it back to my 4.7ghz OC and submitted the results.

<3 EFI bios.

now i know how the dualcore guys feel :/

i dont see the option to view results (besides copies)?

lmao, just looked at the screenshot and i was folding at the time i ran the benchmark bahahah

im waiting on a new CPU now, one that has a higher max multi. last nights 2600k is sold/shipped already :)

more OC ability wont help me much with the 5ghz limit of course :D but my mem/bclk could use some tweaking next time round

Copie is leading the challenge!

He has to hold his lead for 25 minutes to beat Ando!
