Is CAS 1.5 real? Do you see an improvement going from 2 to 1.5?

yes, it's real.

it's 2 seconds faster than cas2.

Well, cas 1.5 should not be real according to the specs, but Oskar Wu did something (maybe related to internal latencies or idk) and infact it's a little bit faster than real CAS2. There's almost no difference for stability, but CAS2 goes a little higher if we speak about max benchable frequencies. Anyway, nice cpu there.

I'm glad to see people are still benching these cpus...

the only things i know is that i set CAS 1.5 in BIOS and it looks like 2 seconds faster than CAS 2.

give me another 50/60 MHz of CPU and i'll take the first place
