nForce 3 250 or nForce 630A for S754 ?

As in the title, I want to buy a motherboard for S754 but I don't know wich one. So is it better for me to buy a mobo with nForce 3 250 or nForce 630A ?

At first sight, I'd say the NF3 board, although the nForce 630 board looks very interesting to try to and see where you get.
