July 9, 201212 yr I haven't tested the liquid metal paste , so I can't tell you which one is better. Copper = 401W/M.K Silver = 427W/M.K Sn = 67W/M.K Ivy Bridge using Thermal Compound between IHS and die , even the best Thermal Compound like GC-Extreme is 8.9W/M.K.
