Rasparthe Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 (edited) I can't seem to get this submission to submit into the proper amount of cores... http://www.hwbot.org/submission/2300112_rasparthe_ucbench_2011_pentium_e2220_(2.4ghz)_563_mpt_score I've tried resubmitting this in the past but it keeps going to 4x CPU instead of 2x. Can it be manually changed by a mod or should I try it again? Known bug? EDIT: This one too.... http://www.hwbot.org/submission/2300114_rasparthe_ucbench_2011_pentium_e5500_(2.80ghz)_592.1_mpt_score Edited September 20, 2012 by Rasparthe Quote
Crew Turrican Posted September 20, 2012 Crew Posted September 20, 2012 yeah it's a bug that sometomes occurs. i fixed both submissions. Quote
knopflerbruce Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 If you change the CPU model, and then back to what it's supposed to be, I think it works. Annnoying bug that's been here for a few years, and is still not fixed. Quote
Massman Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 It's a low priority bug because there's a workaround. As stated above, changing the CPU model to another one and then back to what it's supposed to be will do the trick. Sorry about the inconvenience. Quote
Crew Turrican Posted September 21, 2012 Crew Posted September 21, 2012 hmm, i don't change the cpu model, just set it to "2x cpu" and then back to "1x cpu" and it works as well. Quote
Massman Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 Yeah, that usually works too. If the points don't change when updating the submission like that, changing the CPU model will do the trick. The point engine is always triggered when the CPU model is updated. Quote
Rasparthe Posted September 21, 2012 Author Posted September 21, 2012 Thx guys, will keep it in mind. Quote
