It was running 1400MHz DDR3, but I accidentally shorted something and gave the memory 4V . This one is unmodded yet. Stock vRAM, ASUS TOP has Qimonda and only does ~1100, I never tested with higher voltage but I doubt it would do 1200 regardless.
