65c-85c @ 1.465v will do 1700+

Below -120c with high voltage=Red Sreen

CBB at -30c

 

No matter what, I dun think it can be pushed higher than 1800 ATM

Bios related....seems the GPU clock is somehow locked by NV as I tried quit a few cards & they were all 1700+ max.
