Submission keeps bouncing

My wPrime1024m submission (http://hwbot.org/community/submission/983576_jor3llbrelano_wprime_1024m_core_i5_670_3min_53sec_407ms) keeps bouncing from 2nd to 3rd everyday and then from 3rd to 2nd, I lose points and gain points:

* May 6, 2010: You lost -22.19 global points for your wPrime 1024m Core i5 670 submission. - source - archive. [new since last visit]

 

 

I have like 1 page of notifications just with this problem, is there a way to fix this?

I also tried to use the recalculation button but it doesn't work:
