A small problem with a team member account

so....this problem were just revealed to me.so apologies in advance

this was the first profile

the guy lost access(password reset didnt work)

so he created this profile

 

http://hwbot.org/user/master_mind

 

now both of them has the same mail id(master**************@gmail.com)

so can you guys merge both into the first profile and restore access?
