anothergeek Posted July 29, 2013 Author Posted July 29, 2013 (edited) This bench is no joke, I'd need some good NB cooling to really ramp it up. Highest temps I've seen with any CPU benchmarking software Here are two results, one at 4.8GHz and one at 4.6GHz, the latter with verification 4.8Ghz in attachment verified result link http://i.imgur.com/PP5FMfj.jpg The best bulldozers should be near 30k and the best Intel Sandy Bridge X79s could pass 40k, with Z68, Z77, and Z87 at approximately the Zambezi/vishera level x8 That yorkfield run is actually incredible, I had an old Penryn mobile quad QX9300, I bet she could get 20k maybe!
