Anyone tried this combination of cpu, board and bios?

I can't seem to increase the bus even 1MHz over default.

If I change it in bios, board overclocking fails. When in windows it just freezes as soon as I hit apply in ET. Maybe the culprit is IDE/AHCI sata mode, but not sure...will try AHCI when I get back home.
