yes, x79 Dark has a weak vrm ..lot of buggs an problems with bios ...attention with voltage because this board overvolt without reason the cpu , for sure your cpu work better with R4E

Yeah, voltage was set to 1.75 and climbed up to 1.8.

I'm pretty much done for awhile unless its fixed. Just flashed the bios on the r4e ;)

if use cpu VDroop -disable ...overvolt almost 40-80mv (0.04v-0.08v) depends of benchmark LOAD , if use cpu vdroop -80%...the board undervolt in load almost 40mv...depends of benchmark load ...so the board have really problem is very inaccurate at the cpu pwm ...evga is in tree

on R4E you can maximized cpu frecv because the chip promising alot:)
