Quit screwing around... Grab a sandwich bag and dry ice and get that sucker subzero.
We did an article on that a couple years ago:

I love it... lol

Great post...

congrats on the move.

I hope R5 is deployed better than R4, I just had the shivers come over me as I read the title...
What about a Team Hardware Library to compliment a users hardware library?

I see 1017 in queue... I've done a few submissions and what I posted last night (4 submissions) 1 seems to have calculated.
patience is the key... next time though could you wait until Monday evening before doing that, I'm sure the number of submissions decreases at the beginning of the week.
I'm sure many are like myself and bench primarily on the weekend.
I miss the days I'd submit something and within 10 seconds my page would update with my results.

This is sad to read. Sorry for his loss.

Thank you fox fixing #1 on the list... I can click on users now... yay.

I don't know that they are that hard to find, just under the benchmarks tab in the header:
http://hwbot.org/benchmarks/processor
http://hwbot.org/benchmarks/videocard
Thank you for that, I was looking under the submission section as that's where I remember it from the previous revisions

I had a member of my team ask me where the rules were this week... I still can't find them other than the links from this post... I told him what I know and as for the screenshot I told him to look at the Top10 for that bench and do what they do...
but this is getting silly... if I click on the screenshot example for SuperPi I get a thumbnail view... I can't see what it has on there??? and I've tried IE.Chrome and FF... they are all doing the same thing...
I think the rules (lack of them being written and easily found) is starting to hinder peoples ability and confidence to bench right now... if they don't have direction they will get flammed for making a mistake they were not aware they made... that's not fair to them.
also on the Submit page... why can't we get to AS SSD and other benches... sorry that's another discussion.

Hello,
2 things i've been wishing for and maybe we get it as a Christmas gift...
1) On team pages, Members Tab... could we have it so we can click on a member and go to their profile? I can click on a Team Captain or a Top Member of the month... Why not from the Team list...
2) Complete Team Hardware Library... Once I get to a users profile I can click on his/her HW library... could we extend this so we can see the entire Teams Hardware Library? If I can see what everyone on my team is already using, I can make an easier decision as to what HW I'll get for benching?
This would make life a little easier for me and I am sure other members here... the ability of clicking on users was there in past revisions be we lost it with this rev...
Let me know your thoughts.

So what is the hardware requirement for this? will all Intel CPU MB's be able to use this or only Intel Boards?
will it work on 775MB's or older or only new socket types?
Vin
-
I would like more info on that skid of CPU's... is that really yours?

I'll have to break out the popcorn and read this whole thread from the start again... I forgot how this all started.

I think this is hilarious... Probably planned a benching party that nobody showed up to so he made up a few new friends and went at'er...
even looking at the WP subs, the screenies and system pics are the same.. 1 min apart... looks like 2 separate attempts back to back with a software tweak in between... what a noob

Ouch! I do 155... we have no chance I guess
sure you do, I bet you could outrun him.

any news on how this is going?

Member page on team site not loading - no matter which browser or mobile phone and no matter if logged in or not.
Further more: "my wall" site not correctly displayed.
Same for me as well, but I think the last time this happened is when the site got busy.. I don't know for sure though

Interesting results.
Vin

no, normally it's faster, but due the weekend not many moderators are online i guess.
Gotcha, I'll be a little more patient next time.. now I know the process
Thanks for the help
Vin

ok, i checked them .
Gotcha, didn't know the process.. I guess normally it would take a week of two before someone you manually have to re-verify them?

I put them in as Phenom II X4 955 and not BE as this is an unlocked CPU. never knew there was a locked version.

I had 3 reported submissions, I had entered the wrong CPU type, I fixed them and updated the comment.
When does the reported button in my profile go away? and when will they no longer be "Reported"
just a question, this is my first time dealing with this and having the opportunity to fix it...
Last time I no longer had the HW and just Deleted the submissions.

I didn't know Dell made 4800 Series cards...
Good to know..

R5: Update AM3 Wrapper (by GENiEBEN)
in HWBOT Rev.5
Posted
Nice wrapper, I like it. thank you.
only issue I had that I'm sure you are aware is when I submitted, I had to manually select my hardware from the listing. but this isn't a big deal as I'm used to doing it anyway. I was just surprised it had tried in the first place.
