Hiding the core/thread count on purpose to hide from the others that you're running 6c/6t to keep the "best 2 core set" gives better scores from other clockers ?

The SR-2 is not in mint condition, FAIL
-
that's all news to me
Don't hold your breath yet, there are more "news" to come about more people
Stay tuned

what's his biff with Nick eeek...
Nick has a strong bod-e. He is also my friend and a.... hahah
who doesnt like nickshih common he's a champ
Actually Nick is another cheater ( at least in terms of breaking HWbot's rules about score sharing and hardware sharing [ CPU for 2D ] ).
So much for the champ
-
Lol Bill, kill some Nicks on ya fav Battlefield server
Congratz lads !!
It's not funny.
But I prefer "killing" Nick here
-
Congratulations to everyone except Nick
-
oh you mean that place where the xtreme own(cheat)er lies?
That doesn't change the facts.
-
Show me that cheated result once again I guess it was similar situation to this when a few haters can't accept the truth and just call someone (in this case Sam) cheater without actual evidence.
XtremeSystems.org ...
-
We'll just let NickShih enjoy winning his last competition on HWbot for the following 12 months
-
Sam has cheated before.
Sam always appears with those crazy lucky gem hardware ( very close to impossible and unbelievable stuff ) like a mobo with which all the overclockers couldn't get past 500MHz FSB, Sam comes out with 670MHz FSB.
This time Sam posted a score with settings that none of the H55 mobos the rest contest entrants couldn't work with not boot with and complete a 32M run to begin with.
tREF is also out of range in his pic... a bug.
The question is, is everybody here a noob who can't get the proper settings for this specific mobo to work at such settings, or Sam is doing his thing.... once again ?
All I know is that everytime somebody asked Sam for some kind of proof he always claimed not to have the hardware at his hands at the given time, or just ignored the request.
Last but not least, Sam worked his a$s off yesterday and made 2 videos with proof for his run... NOT!
He took 2 vids of gigabyte hating, hitting a board with a rock, setting another one on fire, etc.
Don't ask me for the links, I don't have them here

40p?
Or.... another offer...... 60p for you to spill what it is you've been talking about... i'm curious.....
Catch me on MSN/AIM/FaceBook and I'll show you

<== Selling a custom coded SuperPi 1.5 XS Mod-look-alike program with preconfigured run display support for "video-proofing"
Write the desired time in a txt file, open the program, run 32M and watch it work
-
Another bug that happens only to 1 person ?
I like this
So... when are the rest OCX team members planning to come here ( big fan of Predator here ) to post "Sam is great, he's not cheating, you are noobs" as per case #69 ( OPB ® ) ?
-
Questionable scores by Sam OPB ? no way!
-
Congrats Kal, that's a great accomplishment there and pure dedication to the OC "sport" :-)
-
Let them do their thing, "jtchen" will be a thing of the past in a few days ( gotta get my domain back up lol )

RivaTuner works fine with all the 1xx.xx drivers ( after you add the GTX470 device ID in RivaTuner.cfg ).
nVIDIA changed the LoD key address with the new 2xx.xx drivers, we need to find the address and change the LoD manually ( or simply create a simple program to change it with ).
Somebody said nVIDIA listed those in an article regarding the new drivers & AA mode @ nVIDIA's developers zone ( developer.nvidia.com ) but I can't seem to find it

8800GT comp FTW
-
Just submerge the whole rig in vaseline
-
I tend to disagree because I have proof that recommends otherwise ( Andre's chips & himself benching, just accompanied by you )
-
Now how nice it would be if I received a GA-EX58-UD9 sample with this CPU in the socket instead of the silly plastic cap
-
congrats on the lead in the "best CPU" race
I thought you always had the best CPUs, RAMs, MOBOs
-
You know which OS you need to run if you do your homework and test various drivers & OS's with each bench for each card before you go fill up your dewars and go out bragging "I show you scores"...
-
that's going to end soon though
LOD for Fermi cards?
in General overclocking
Posted
The same method applies.
Use Device Manager ( nVIDIA GTX xxx -> Properties -> Details -> Device Instance ID, the number you're looking for is the number XXXX at PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_XXXX ) or Everest Ultimate or SiSoft Sandra to find the Device ID and add it to rivatuner.cfg in the same way
Fermi = XXXX-06FF
