It was already there just with another name, seems like GPU-Z changed the displayed name.

For CPU multiplier you need a OC Card. You can get one here from ebay.

I renamed the category from socket 462 to 563 some time ago because of infrareds thread. I asked antinomy for help what to do with the results but he seems to havent got time yet.
It may also be a CPU-Z bug and some of those are really 563. Who knows...

You can control the cache divider with CPUcool, so actually there is no need to do soldering work.
Maybe you should also try to clean the pcb with alcohol as the soldering flux can be conducting.

There is no 450Mhz Desktop Coppermine. Maybe its a mobile with special adapter. Or a china fake.

Its on ebay from time to time. Its much easier to find and cheap. But its just average overclocking. My epox is way better, got it for 1€ because the seller described it simply as "mainboard" and made a blurry picture of it.

Looking from last year country cup, there was almost no category for oldschoolers. So I think lets take a break this month and continue in November. Many people just have time in the holidays to bench. For some it may be the other way round but its like everytime you cant make it right for everyone.
About the stages, I could imagine making it a little bit more straight forward by focusing on one socket each month. Lets select the classic benchmarks, CPU-Z, pifast, superpi 1m / 32m, wprime 32m / 1024m, 3DMark01 and maybe one special stage. This special stage could be an efficiency challenge or what ever. But the main goal is to trash the old records and become the king of the HOF.

I think that XTU is detecting this as an ES, therefore disabling points.
This has nothing to do with the ES in the braces.
