For the purposes of pure information and joy of seeing what equipment other people have used (bios version too) I think it is a good idea. I enjoy a well laid out and informative screen-shot it adds to the appreciation of the achievement of the benchmark.

change name???!!!!!
um What do you mean by that?

I would love to see a pro-benching league with their own TV series on HDTV, lest 13 episode per season with 12 rounds and then the grand finals where the top 4 after the league stage have a bench off. Each and every week a different location with a bit of documentary about the competitors and the places the Pro Tour visit. And the finals at some huge indoor arena with 50 000 screaming fans going totally nuts. And then I and go 'Ah but it is but a dream.'

Now if only I had a CPU that could do 700FSB.
-
Stand in line I want it too.

You are so kidding me Do I see some 2001SE about to happen in the future?
-
Yeah still waiting for the results from him and I want to stress that X-tripot has been most helpful and willing to assist us.
I too wish for this matter to be happily resolved.

I think it is a very difficult issue to reach a compromise on. There is no way that it is possible to make all people happy all the time. Some one or some group is going to feel hard done by. But I do think that HWBOT is trying their best to bring communities together and as such we need to support the contests more I think from within our local forums.
-
I just do not know to be honest. The one contest that was really popular and had heaps of engagement involved really inexpensive kit for the most part.
And as to your second point I guess the main thing is what kind of participation will team contests bring v individual contests. Is there any historical data that you can look at? Must be I guess.
-
I like contests that do not cost the earth to compete in.
Multi stage contests seem to favour those who can afford the hardware only.

Darn did not see it was for a new benchmark. Must remember to put the glasses on before logging on. Thought it was just for new CPU type.

Post a support ticked and it will get done.
Rich is on his honeymoon and Massman gets about 200 pm each day.

His account has been suspended. Not banned suspended until his assistance in clearing up some matters has been completed.

It was I who blocked the score - it was actually an error and not meant for your submission. So some place there is a score that was bugged that needs blocking and has a checked by crew report. I apologise for the error.

And yes s/he does.

Some time ago the HWBOT server crashed and we lost many thousands of images. All that is left are the thumbnails. I doubt that most people have copies of their submission but you never know Kenny just might.

Thank you

Release the validation process for the older versions to HWbot and other websites who wish to authenticate results instead of doing that yourself. The older 3DMark versions will maybe not be missed on the ORB as much as we'd miss being able to verify their validity for competition purposes on HWbot and other sites, whereever applicable.
This is a very good idea and I hope that they would consider it. There certainly is talent in our community that could make it work.

Same stuff here: http://hwbot.org/community/submission/933863_qwerty84_3dmark_2003_geforce_8100_igp_6502_marks?tab=info
Is the score blocking shown in noifications section on the main page?
all sorted.

The only thing I would ask when you do report is to be a tad more specific. Make the moderators job a little easier in other words. So if the Trolls lair test is bugged, and I have had a few like that when I run the benchmark on Win7 64bit by the way, just point us. Other wise it takes ages to go compare the graphics card and look at ten different results. We are not all pro's like you and have each and every graphic cards comparative GT score in our heads.
You going to the football Sat? The first real big game of the season so far. Would love to go to a Old Firm derby one day.

You report scores? Never go on can't be true.

Splave as far as I know it is a bug and is being looked at. We are aware of this anomaly. As you so rightly say it should not happen.
So please bare with us and I am sure the bug will be sorted as soon as it is humanly possible to do so.
BTW did changing the date and time of your PC help with MSI afterburner the other day?

Thank you Sweet. Will you fix for me please?
Should we make mainboard information mandatory for screenshot verification?

Yes that is correct.
