Mr.Scott and i are on the same channel on every aspect of this argument. I spend a ton of money on hardware dude. Including storage. And thats what pisses me off most. With all the tweaks going on, i feel like i've blown a ton of cash for nothing. Again. Because of rule changes here. This is not the only situation. It's prevelant thoughout HWBOT. I feel like a broken record here. You're right i should just give up on what i believe because i am out numbered. Then again that pretty much means giving up competing here. And thats probably not a bad idea either. I could buy a new Harley every year ffs.

Thats because everyone knows the hacks now. The big runners wanted that, so popularity would grow and globals would be worth more points. I still want it dead and buried. The bench is not about hardware performance anymore and thats what benching is about.

Nice score. To bad the 2500K has very little to do with it. Having a gazillion tweaks is what its about now. Nice Os tweaking is more inline for congrats.

Ummm do you have a 2700K? hard to beat my score without one. lol The arguments of this bench go way back. Back so far that its useless for me to even debate it. It's been debated to death and argued till blue in the face by many veterans of the game. To no avail it still remains.

Very well said indeed. Proving my point. If the benched scaled with cpu's it would be a legit cpu bench. It dosn't. Steve-Ro scores 10k more than i do on his 2600k and a slower cpu speed. Count the 0's. 10,000. I know it's storage related and tweaked to the max. But 10k?

Dude did you actually just say that to me? It's the many recent submissions that prove this bench should not exist. Or at least it shouldn't be classified under a cpu bench. It's not even close to being a cpu bench. Its an OS bench at best. As far as scaling goes. Really. Come on. Gluvocio benched at 5354mhz. and scored 46898. I benched at 5712 mhz. and scored 40733. Wheres the scaling? Really i can see why you defend this bench so. It's your pride and joy. You do it well. But plz.

This thread totally proves that this Benchmark should be withradrawn from the rankings. It is no longer a benchmark for the cpu.

Seriously Honda??? Who uses a Antivirus on their benching rig. Huge Facepalm. I did however get a warning from windows security when i downloaded it with my daily rig for storage purposes.

This bench has caused so much controversy. There really isn't much else to do but drop it completly and all points accumulated by it.
