I have binned more than a year to find a good GTS250, but nobody understands that many blame my.... i have tried all kind of card´s ( reference -non reference) .... i have found one MSI with good gpu + ram ( ohh ya ...Hynix N2C...the best gddr3)...but my lucky was not so ..nice , the card was i found ...heave NCP 5388 pwm controler ...with all kind of protection( OCP / OVP/ UVP..etc..) i modded hard the card but OVP was so crazy(Remember ..when you use air/water cooling OCP/ OVP limit is more down to extreme cooling)the final solution was to mount them ePower .... and I did .... but nobody appreciates it ...accused that .... accused my work ...i have video , but is ridiculos because you can not do video at each bench session which may last even days
Now I gotta go to work ,but when I get back I'll put pictures of the cards you want ...as I said in my post on page 9

Poparamiro lives in Romania, I live in Germany ... but we are part of the same team.
I buy most of the old vga´s on ebay.de / ebay.us. .. the new generation cards are purchased ...all with invoice on my NAME
I have 2 x hd 4850, one of which is Dell OEM systems, ( lol is dell? =))) )and the other is MSI
HD 7970 is manufactured XFX Core edition but I put the asus bios (reference) ( ramiro has DIrect Cu II .... non reference) to unlock core voltage to 1,4 volt ... and to use "hot wire" the Rampage Extreme IV x79.
for those who still believe in hw sharing .. i can prove with pictures / video ( the card with my hwbot username s/n and all )

in Germany are already on sale, I don´t see the NDA problem , once are retail with invoice not ES.

yep , that happends when the gpu is push on limit cooling
ps: all reference card´s is OCP limited , you can over OCP limit with hard mod other use Rampage IV Extreme >vga hot wire ( i have try , but ocp on R4E -hot wire don´t work to me)

nice clock´s , but the gpu score is poor for this freq , ýou need monitored the gpu freq in load( msi AFB-hardware monitor- detach)

vga´s have original BIOS ,but same stock frecv ( one card is DELL , and another MSI...reference card), I use GPU Tool for overclocking and I set the frequencies for each vga separately

I did not say anything score, yes, it is normal for the frequencies used.
I did not rules, so it's normal to be open window details and the settings bench, What is so hard to open a tab?
