  1. So I got my pot, it got dinged while en route. I suggest you fix the shipping packaging. These are heavy containers.

Hi! Unfortunately I haven't got any information about your pot or any damage during transportation, so send me a pm with details.

Usually the inflection point is in the middle of the box and there is a lot of insulation material around it. I have never heard that any of them would have been damaged.

P.S I think soon we will see my next creation. It is called G-Point and you can guess what is the purpose of that cooling device.

  2. Hi all! I just need to infrom you all that the Ivy Bridge CPU have made Ln2 product sales a bit wild, so there is huge demand of pots at the moment. We will try our best to keep all customers happy and we try to avoid delays. Some products are out of stock at the moment, so those will be delivered later.

Nice to see Ln2 benching is getting more and more mainstream / popular! :)

    Thanks for the support guys!

  3. Can we please move Marc to Pro League since he receives samples?

I think I got the idea of this thread.

This is Marcs very sneaky and clever attempt to get in to PRO OC league.

No Marc, first you need to publish some overclocked scores.

I have been asking this 1 score from you last 5 years I think :D

I clearly remember the moment when you said that "what do you think you have achieved/done" when I was having a second place in oc league. It was so funny back then and I respect you when you have done the same :)

    Kiss kiss Marc darling!

  4. Hehe, typical 7-series core. I had that "issue" with 7970 cards. They could oc, but scaling was poor.

I did not remember to mention, that asic quality on mine was 85,5% and it was able to run 1900mhz as well, but I got crash in combined test few times on a row and I had to go to sleep anyway. I can not retest the card, cause there is a lot of other things to do.

But we can say, that asic quality seems to give us information we need :)

  5. Ok, I have investigated this situation with this one customer, who unfortunately needed to wait his product too long. It have been send now and the customer should receive it soon. I have seen the e-mail he got and it should explain all from rybas side.

We will only discuss about the sales and issues on delivery with the persons who have ordered the actual products. The reason for delay have been explained to customers who have been affected. Situation is completely normal at the moment, so there won't be any delays with current Inflection point or Triple point orders.

Ryba already apologized in this thread and have explained situation in e-mails to customers, so I think this case is closed. The ones who call other people as a liar without having nothing to do with the deals should think a bit more. That will not help anything in the end.

Thanks for the interest on these ln2 products! Keep pushing people!

  6. I tested mine on ln2 today.

It was very easy up to 1700MHz, but after that point it was not going too smoothly.

These cores have a lot of issues with temperature and also with voltage.

If they could scale like in the beginning, 2ghz would be no issue.

There might be some internal divider issue on the core and we need to get new modified bios to fix it.

I will investigate this with my contacts.

Here is the result I got:

  7. Test methods might not be the best possible and full pot temperature with ivy should be near -180c even with paper pot, so check the connection of probe etc.

Here is AMD FX-8150 @ 7.2GHz with all 8 cores enabled and 2.056V (estimated heatload 400W+) load with inflection point:

I think reeven need to try a bit harder to beat that :)

  8. Roman, I did not mean to insult your product anyway, as you know ;)

If you insulate your pot properly with 1 sheet of toilet paper with flowers or heart shaped figures on it, there is no issue with aluminium bracket: http://hwbot.org/forum/showpost.php?p=161548&postcount=23

I have done 6 hour sessions without any issues and others have done the same :)

But, there might be issues if you don't know how to insulate. Many people will need to learn it during many sessions, so it might be problem for beginners.

Aluminium is my way to go. Better mounting and it wont take any damage, no matter what you do with it.
