  1. @Massman: I know that you are a busy man, but i sent you a PM with a question about the HWBot rank and a component that I have, can you take a look of that please?
  2. That means all ATI 9x000, not only the 9000 or 9000 Pro as you say.
  3. uhmm, I was hoping new hardware. Now my problem is how run an 6200 APG on a 890FXA-UD5... impossible I think.
  4. All entries per team that you can do, only the best one is selected.
  5. That's killer, I would like to have your components Well done!!!
  6. The idea of a female team is good, but why with free ticket? All teams need participate and win stages and events to get the ticket to the finals (eg: MOA). I had never go to any of those contest, but even that I think that all teams (male, female or mix) should show the skill that they have and win the ticket to the finals. What's next? If it's a free nOOb ticket, count me there
  7. We definitely need two leagues, or maybe four. Why? For noobs like me with AMD CPUs or not new hardware, is pretty frustrating compete against guys with an i7-980x using LN2 or even the same AMD CPU using phase change or LN2. Intel and AMD leagues are necessary IMO, all we know that Intel is much better that AMD and in that way is pretty difficult beat an i5-2500k or i7-920 D0, even, if the other guy is a noob too. I consider myself as a noob, so, +1 for different leagues in HWBot. Some question comes to my mind: 1- I read the article, but I can't understand what means ES. [update]Nevermind, I read again and now is clear. 2- How determinate how is Pro and who isn't?
  8. I think that are both, MSI AMD (MSI 6850). @Massman: Tom's hardware also is referring to the contest: http://www.tomshardware.com/news/Eyes-On-The-Prize-DirectX-11-3DMark-11-Radeon-6970-Lightning,12171.html
  9. Too bad for me again, I can use my mobo and my GPU is MSI the problem is that is nVidia chipset
  10. Thats because the system order the rank from high to low, even if the contest in the opposite order.
  11. Hi guys. I want add my score to the Memory Clock, but I have a few questions before do it. 1- What should contain the screen shot? I try to read the rules but don't show any info. 2- The benchmark score is the RAM clock in the BIOS right? i.e. 800MHz...1000MHz and not the dual channel clock...1600MHZ...2000MHz 3- In memory info, Do i need write the default RAM info? or the overclock settings
  12. Enable cores can be do it without problems, since is part of overclock.
  13. Wait, are you telling that is legal dissable cores? For example, Is legal dissable two cores of a six core CPU and run the benchmark for stage 4? and the same process from one to six cores?
  14. Hi Only one submit per team in each stage is permitted? I tried yesterday to add my score in SuperPI 32M, but isn't showed there.
  15. As the archivement says: I will join to this since you can disable cores. But I have a question, for 3DMark Vantage, PhysX must be disable right?
  16. Yeah, I'm thinking in change to SB since the AMD price/performance isn't more true with those CPUs on the market.
  17. Yeah, you are right. I just wrote my opinion. I think that my chip isn't good since with H20 I can't pass the 4.6GHz @ 1.650V on Vcore. I think that this contest also depends of your skill and experience, and to be honest this is my 1st contest in hwbot.
