How hard is it to clock a2 layout b-die on the Impact? I've heard of some of this style of OC Lab mem doing 2066 12-11 on the MOCF, but 4000 cl12 being impossible on the Apex. -

Still, when is the cold bug? Say when you're going for max MHz. I've heard anywhere from -60°C to -120°C. -

That's really unfortunate. I have a kit of b-die ATM, and am awaiting a CPU to test it. If you can ever find a decent kit, shoot for 6ghz efficiency. I haven't seen anyone go for that in a long while.

@sabishiihito Did you do all of the same pin mods that you would need for the Apex? Pin short and isolation. From here it appears that 6 cores do work: https://valid.x86.fr/aa73ih
