Hey my board doing that fail boot thing too. So fun to pass pi then fail to boot when you restart and need to clear and reapply Saber tooth
It's a complete POS board, is terrible for maximising CPU's on cold, for some reason it limited me be nearly 800MHz max clock (FX-8350) on both boards I tested compared to a CHV.

I thought that might be the case but I thought I would ask the question just in case.

Was just thinking about this, on the old forum you could click on a link in the result discussion page and it would take you to the actual result page. Is it possible to have this added again or if this is already a thing can someone point out to me where it is as I don't see it
Going to the bot and manually searching for it is a bit of a pain...

3GHz willamette is crazy! Congrats dude!

This has been asnwered before, you have to use the Athlons.

Damn very nice chip, I guess I have a lot more binning to do!

Pop the cooler off and check if it's actually a GF106 under there

I've not had the time to check this further, but it looks as if the team cup might be killing some of the rankings pages, Allens facebook post made me look up 32M rankings and all I see is a wall of cbjausts scores. http://hwbot.org/benchmark/superpi_-_32m/rankings?start=0&hardwareTypeId=processor_1256#start=0#interval=20

This is sandbagging on a whole other level

Was the score obtained without a license key? If so then under the HWBot rules for 3DMark 11 -
Without Key:
- Benchmark window
- Web browser with link, score and run details visible

Cost of buying an old system with a bunch of CPU's to test = $150
Cost of buying 1 Titan V = $3K
It's not really a fair comparison is it really.....
I'm sure you'll get a lot more out of an old system and learn a lot more too. I would suggest more new users buy older gear to be honest as it gives them a cheaper platform to learn on.

Even though it would probably benefit my team if it were to stay with Venice only, I can agree that the stage might be a bit challenging and expensive for people who might be purchasing the platform for the first time just for the team cup, or even members who are experienced with 754 but do not have those venice CPUs to get hold of them. I am in agreement for looking at another CPU arch
BTW awesome work on this team cup, I am really looking forward to this one!!!
