  1. (If I still have this motherboard I will check the chipset, but it's not 865G because this motherboard has no integrated GPU. )

Looking at the photo I see VGA. And system memory is 248 so looks like there is integrated video (248+8 VGA memory = 256M)...

  4. I use my tap, that's all. There are guys who run antifreeze with a rad outside with -30 temps. But in my place it rarely gets below -15c so I don't see a point so such complex solutions. -30 outside doesn't mean -30 antifreeze in the system. The heatpipes are a problem. Only some of them work normally at -10 and I suppose none below -20. 7700Cu to the rescue.

Enthusiast should be about equal conditions,if you stay in the house and you have only vga and power cable drawn outside in your pc at -20 and you stay inside at plus 26 with a wireless keyboard and mouse in your hand for me it doesn't seem fair.
So now extreme cooling is about freezing your arse, not chips? :D
I would say that people that live and bench in Siberia need to be cut some slack. :D
I kinda live on the same latitude as you. And way away from Siberia.
  5. I am fully with Mr. Scott on the "artificial chilled" thing. I've given my photo to show that counting category by water temp alone is nonsense.

Check the submitting page, its chilled/cold, so yes, he doesnt chilling it, his water is just cold = Apprentice.

During winter I've got tap water around 4-5 degrees. During summer it warms up to 12-13. Opening a window during winter give me some comfortable +14-16 degrees of fresh air. During summer the are days with 14-16 temps. Usually it gets around 20.

So - which of these conditions do you define as not chilled? Yet again - how high do you suggest me to heat the water before cooling the CPU? :D

Or you want to ban tap water cooling?

    Mother nature isn't a "chiller".
I'll save these words when some fellow Aussies drop by :D
  6. Happy Birthday, Frederick!

It's more than 10 years you have created and are pushing forward the biggest project of overclocking competition/database. HWBot became more than just a database for overclocked stuff, it's a competition ground, a place for people who share a common hobby which is very rare on one hand but look how many around the globe on the other.

Many words I'd like to say, but today is not about HWBot but about you.

Happy Birthday, have some rest and spend it good and with pleasure. :)
