Apex for me.
Both boards has also Bruno from Romania
Bro, I don't have them yet. Just the Apex. But i will surely buy the Dark.

I am also curious about the comparison between the 2 boards. By now, I only saw the videos from Buildzoid with the VRMs and they are both great. The XP support is also nice.
so, just like Achill3uS, i will buy it out of curiosity. It can't be bad and honestly, I've spent more money on other stupid things, so at least this is a good investment.
@Achill3uS Anytime bro! If we don't help each other, who would?

I got the X299 Dark in 3 weeks without any issues. The box was not damaged, so he seems to transport it ok. I guess the guy can be trustworthy.
Amazon.com have the Z390 Dark in stock.
How things work: you have to pay in advance the price as appears in the store ($499.99) exchanged to RON. As you have EURO, I did the calculations and it is around 430EURO. Plus the bank transfer fees. When package arrives to me, I have to pay the shipping which is 20Euro/kg (no matter the weight). X299 shipping was 60EURO, so i assume Z390 is the same.
Then, the shipping to you variates depending on your country: 30 -40EURO.
Roughly you get it for 530EURO + bank transfer fees from you to me. Time: around 3-4 weeks.
If anyone wants to order I am willing to help. Let me know.
On the other hand, ordering directly from Amazon.com to UK (I don't have address in another country to calculate) is 565EURO. And you got it in 2-3 weeks.

I got the answer from EVGA: the warranty is global, so no problem buying from US and use EU RMA

I will ask EVGA about international warranty, so I may be able to send a RMA to Europe, instead of back to US.
-
We can be notified when it comes to Europe:

Brother, do not want to spoil all the above, but I have one question -
What happens if the board, for any reason, has to go thru RMA with EVGA ?
Obviously the end buyer can't RMA and the reverse procedure is next to impossible.
Pretty scary considering the value of the item, lol

Very true, but i'll take my chances

Guys, I bought a X299 Dark as a test for this guy's trustworthy. If he is ok, I will order Z390 Dark when available (for me and for whomever wants ).
@Achill3uS I haven't asked about insurance, but I will.

Guys, I am waiting for my X299 Dark, brought from US by a guy through his company, without any taxes. Should come next week.
I paid for the product in advance (shop price, nothing else), and will pay the shipping (20$ per kg) when package arrives at my door.
I'll let you know if it works and then i can buy them and ship to you in EU.

oh, ok. Capacitors, not resistors.
thx for info.

I just got this from Facebook. It confirms my theory.

Exactly. The
Resistorcapacitor is right above the slot cut. And there are some otherresistorscapacitors near it, even if only 1 or 2. On A2, theresistorcapacitor is a bit on the left from the slot cut (not above it), and there are no otherresistorscapacitors until the ones under the chips.- 1

Hi guys,
I discovered we can easily know which PCB a memory has, just by looking at the module. No need to look under the heat sink.
My finding is this:
A1 has a
resistorcapacitor above the slot cut and other resistors near it.A2 has only one
resistorcapacitor, a bit on the left from the slot cut and he is all alone there. The image shows A1 on the left and A2 on the right.
My teammate GGI78 also checked his G.SKill kits and confirmed my idea.
Important: you have to look on the side with the label, where the chips are.
Please check your kits and confirm.
