nix für ungut, aber laut den regel darf man pipes freischalten wenn es die karte zulässt, wieso sollte man dass dann nicht machen? ich habe eh 3 karten gebraucht bis ich eine hatte wo die 16 pipes freischalten gingen. und außerdem hat die gto2 eine andere id und heißt "radeon x1800 series"

are you sure it was agp 4x? gpu-z still shows 1x. also you are using the microsoft driver, why not the one from ati for the card? i think it has better performance.
