  1. elsa was very common back in the day for those cards (i have my self a few ones), but in i think 2002 they got bankrupt. a bit later it was re-founded in taiwan or so. but i haven't seen any elsa video cards here for a long time.

  13. yes, i can confirm that. for older cards the new powerstrip versions don't always work.
  14. when it says "error in computation" in the pifast window, the calculation is not valid. basically it's the same with super pi when you get the "not exact in round" error.
