there doesn't exist a p3 with 400mhz. the slowest is a p3 450. since you are using a 440bx mobo which doesn't support 133mhz fsb officially the cpu is wrong recongized. your cpu actually seems to be a p3 533 coppermine slot1 http://www.hwbot.org/quickSearch.do?hardwareId=CPU_1434
