i think from all achivements you have it always shows the highest "level" in your signature. in the rank you are "Level 1, overclocking baby, but in the cups and medals your are already "level 4". so that's a "better" achivement.

yeah, just looked through some submissions. there are ones with regors (2 cores) as well. be sure to select the right number of cores if you plan to unlock the cpu.

when you can unlock this cpu it shows "deneb", "AMD Phenom FX-5000" and you get the l3 cache as well i think.
