  7. I have tried editing submissions to re-enable all the points, but I have tons, soo I maybe skipped some of them, and some from old competitions I can't edit. Is there a possibility to re-enable all the points without editing ad save one by one all my submissions? Thanks Example: http://hwbot.org/submission/3606828_theredbaron_memory_frequency_ddr4_sdram_2040.6_mhz
  8. Tried support. It get me this error: "The page you are trying to access is not available for your account." What am I doing wrong?
  9. The button is temporaly disabled for all the members, not only you. This was done on purpose because there was a major update to the point assigned in every rank (Rev 7.0 or 7.1). I found a submissions where there are no points for the member, but only for the team (and I can't force recalculation from the one from old competitions). Is there a way to force re-enable points from all my submissions? Thanks

  13. I tried to make new submissions, and they get global points, but with the olds ones (still with better score) I can't force recalculation. Even if they get hardware points they disappear after some time.

  20. After updating for getting points from submissions, I didn't get back all the points, but just the Team Power Points. I forced recalculation few times, but nothing happened. Thanks
