Bios E7972IMS.A2T cant help Z170M Mortar oc non-k Tested with i3 6100 retail. please help me check again

Ahh, im re-flash bios 1.4T all done.

I just update bios and test non-k bios, but my board cant boot when adjust base clock. Boot loop and screen show text: reset default setting System: - Z170A Xpower - CPU i7 6700 - Ram Ripjaws-X 4GB 2133 - VGA GT 630 Setting: - Bios 1.44 non-k oc, flash by M-Flash. - EIST, C-State, Turbo Boost all DISABLED - CPU Ratio: 34 or Auto - Ring Ratio: 34 - Base clock: 120, 105.... - Core Voltage: 1.3, 1.2, 1.25v ... - Memory Voltage: Auto or 1.35v Do you have any suggest for me ?
