  1. Felicitaciones!

Edit: de paso he visto tus resultados con ln2, y son excelentes !!! keep pushing my friend !!

  2. Yes, I agree with you @george\.kokovinis....the discusión is always very good, and each of us, from your own perspective must give valid arguments, in defending the position :)

So, 3D Vs. 2D (points of course), is that question only ? or XTU vs 3D ?

We also might ask, HWBot for a few with more $ or Hw for many with few $ ?

very few are available with 2 or 3 980 Ti, few can to risk US 1400 (for example like me for a 980Ti), in ln2, with only one 980Ti

only a good balance between both positions, will make "all guys or teams" We could enjoy overclocking and see reflected in this work in points earned by the effort of money and time committed

Well, It is very difficult for me to express myself in another language that is not native, I hope you understand my message :celebration:

Sorry but I must -edit- about 8 pack 3D and 8 pack 2D

8 pack in this case, the above is only part of reality - @BenchBrothers\.de -It was a very long post, 1/2 hour to understand you :P , as you can verify the points earned 3d Bench (many or few, i think many) but he also won many points in 2D at the same time.

    http://hwbot.org/submission/3079506_ -for example- 153.56 points in 2D -cinebench r15-

http://hwbot.org/submission/3079502_8_pack_unigine_heaven___xtreme_preset_2x_geforce_gtx_980_ti_9911.05_dx11_marks -for example- many more points (because thats a W.Record) that in 2D

So, and again: 3D vs 2D ? or 3D vs XTU ?, OC for all or OC for a few ?, thats is the question, like Shakespeare :D

http://hwbot.org/user/8_pack/, sorry 8 pack, only for example, you are a Monster of OC anyway

    :)

    • Thanks 1
  3. Like I said few pages before. It's not like people have 980Tis laying on the table but are just too lazy to bench them.

There are a lot of other factors which also contribute to the whole "problem". Mainboard vendors made it really easy to overclock CPUs. All important features are included. No need to modding anything. If a CPU dies you can just RMA it.

However, nvidia is blocking OC completely. Not sure if I would mod my new 980Ti and if it dies I lose 800€. Hardmod = no RMA.

What we see today is the result of the whole industry. Not just "the evil bot"

Thats right Roman, that's the whole truth, think guys, 980ti in USA USD 650 (more or less) in Europe Euro 800, here and in many place around the world USD 1360.

I like very much 3D benches, but I left this by now, because of the cost and the risk of losing with hard mod a card, I'd be losing of my pocket US 1400 !!, and I'm sure many of you, it happens the same.

by now, I only use olds cards for benchs 3D, sometimes

  4. Alex@Pro (well my real name is Alex too) i am with you in all, almost , but when you mention people without knowing them, you go "outline"

Ronaldo is engineer, dedicated hardware, plus he has a school in their country of overclocking, the most advanced of Latin America.

I share your thoughts fully, Alex, but when you talk about Ronaldo or any guys in this world of overclocking, in this way, you can count me out

    Have great 2016 for all
