  1. Hi,

I simply can not figure out which hardware to list this as. It is in my laptop a HP Elitebook 8570P. Its listed as AMD Radeon HD 7570M in GPUz as well as on futuremark. It has 1GB dedicated DDR5 Memory and is listed as sitting in the PCIE and the GPU is listed as Thames

should I use ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 PCI or AMD Radeon HD 7570 (without the M) or is there a category missing that should be called AMD Radeon HD 7570M.

Need some help as I dont want to mess up all the score sheets while taking part in the las month of Rookie league :-)

  2. The discussion on ambient temperature is a bit offset. In the competition as long as air is flowing or water is flowing through the system it should be ok as per rules. Cooling the radiator in an icebucket should also be ok. Anyone who want could do the same without extra hardware. It is afterall possible to have 0 degrees or even less in a room if it is winter. Since I am in a place with 27-28C I will always suffer ;-) but it makes it more challenging.

  3. I have enjoyed the 2 rumble competitions even if i did not win :-) Taking those 3 benchmarks are a really good way to learn about OC and your own machine. I wanted my system to be as fast as it could in its Corsair 900D, with the watercooling I have in the case. I could see there was more to give but only with external cooling solutions. between the first roundup and the second one I took part in the main difference for me was that I delidded the CPU but as I only had the GC-extreme TIM i could not get the full effect yet :-) have ordered the Liquid metal and will redo the delidding shortly.

Congrats to guys who managed to pass me in the scoring tables.
