  1. I think we need to separate the 'facts' from the 'story' Fact = overclocking score Story = location, date, misc hardware, site, cooling, ...
  2. Concerning the format of the scores itself, I think we'll have to use the current HWBOT submission form (or a slim down version). It's not really efficient to build an entirely new result database only to suit the results of historical value, I think. Or perhaps we'll have a different table (to make differentiate between user-submitted and historical records), but the layout should be the same. It should be possible to download a complete webpage (including the design/layout) and host them locally for people to watch. Also, I think we should also make note of location (country) and date (year) so we can build a timeline afterwards. Concerning collecting and grouping 'sources' ... how? I've made a couple of subforums based on architecture/product groups. I suppose the easiest would be to make separate threads for separate 'records'. Any suggestion about the thread's structure?
  3. Fine. I'll make a background for this competition ... ^^
  4. Hm. Anyone who knows the difference between "gma hd 100/200" and "gma hd 2000/3000" ?
  5. Quoted for eternity
  6. I'm waiting for Kovsk to come in and make a spelling error when writing 'massman sucks'
  7. - Only new scores - moved to right forum
  8. There are no prizes. It's a competition organised by HWBOT, not Intel
  9. Afterwards, I have enough data to write a review (for those who take this seriously, it was a joke)
  10. Bug will be addressed ASAP! Sorry for the inconvenience
  11. Because it's a country cup, not a user cup One user can only provide one of the three submissions.
  12. Isn't the 9300M GS a separate PCB? If yes, it's not integrated
  13. You can, but it's possible you'll 'block' the way for another team member to contribute his lower score.
  14. Pro-tip for this competition:
  15. A bug, yes. I'll have to manually force the engine to see the engine to check out the right score.
  16. that seems to be a latency bug indeed
  17. This reminds me of the movie "Creepy guy in next door's garden". Obviously the role of creepy guy was played by Nicole Kidman (good this thread is in offtopic already)
  18. Hey, there has to be some way to beat Romania this year
  19. Made you a thread: http://hwbot.org/forum/showthread.php?t=15491
  20. First thing we need to conceptualize is how we arrange the database itself (what to save), the submission form (how to save) and of course the output (on-site). I'm open to all suggestions as I don't really have a good idea on what would work best.
  21. For those who didn't notice, the rankings are fixed!
