Yes, I think so. Cpu-z reads the 10x MP and thinks that it's a 100x10 = 1000MHz. celeron, but in fact it's an 850.

The first one appears to be an celeron 850ES with unlocked multiplier. Second one is fixed I can't change the two last links, though. We're working on the extra support for dual cpu's.

superclocking agp board? I don't think we'll ever see that. You just need an X6800 or ES so you can change the MP
