could be a driver issue too, try other driver suites too, have you tried trixx to see if thats any different , pretty sure theres an amd tool other than ABurner for gpu ocing but ii fail at remebering its name, i think this could be what i couldnt remember lol, , try this it may work

really sad to see you leave tapa, but after reading your explanation i can understand the frustration you would be feeling , not on the same scale as you have but we all have felt similar at times, as you said youre only 30, you have much life ahead of you so go live it how you wish to, we all only get 1 go at it, if you feel the urge im sure you will have a dabble here and there and have a few thing saved to be able to do that , thank for your knowledge and experience youve freely shared over the years...........go for it man ??

matt does this mean that it will affect the older hardwares used for eg the hardware selected for this years teams cup ?

yep cheap over there, not for here, the $ exchange and postage is bullshit, but ill go with the flow, ive got 2 amd nforce chipped boards, but finding the intel is another thing altogether

with all respect , this teams cup discussion thread has been going on 5 mths already and still not "finally concluded" for what hardware is going to be what in what stage, the TC has already been cut by 2 weeks in length and has 2 weeks until start time, now it might be ok for all the boys in the US, UK, Europe to get a hold of hardware easily thats suggested or finalised on or already have the hardware but what about the aussie boys ?, we dont have the same luxury of hardware availability as you blokes over there, and have to wait approx 1 mth from china, minimum 2 weeks US , Europe, for hardware, and thats b4 the covid bullshit, unless you pay exhorbitant express postage costs to get the item here , there quickly, then theres the testing, modding, and what if the hardware is a dog ?, go again ????, by then the TC is just about over, fairs fair, lets get it decided on and finalised

from what ive read chaintech use micron d9s and Elpida BASE J5308 AC-E, Elpida BASE J5308 AE-E, Elpida J1108 , but thats in ddr3 , cant seem to find info on ddr2 in chaintech apogee ddr2

i dont see that the geforce 100 is an optimal choice for this section, there is 5 cards available in that series that i can see , GT100 to GT150, and as noxinite said, there isnt much available for purchase as i looked at the ebay worldwide search as well ,
i had a look elsewhere and found 8 cards of that series...and at a guess the gts160 is more rare than the gt150 to find
