Can you please help me to understand better the previous pic ? the 2 resistors are removed or are shorted ? in the previous they are shorted ? do you know anything about ocp for memory ?

Look at the pictures, they say it all. IF I lower teh temps on cpu under -120 i got a kind of "slowdown" in the frames. I already disabled GEN3 in the bios. Any idea ??
