  1. Top 6 will be selected, so based on the CPU quality on the Kingston H.O.T Qualifier, I'll predict these 6 overclockers have good chance of entering the live finals:

    - Vivi

    - 8pack

    - XA

    - John Lam

    - Splave

    - DFORDOG

Also Dancop, and TeamAU boys might have a good run for fire strike with their 780 Ti :D

Anyway, would be really interesting competition to watch, Good Luck guys! :) :)

  2. @ Nacho:

Thanks :) The card maxxed out already I think, I spent another 30L running it at 1720Mhz but it always crashed(or ocp'd) at the damn Raymarch test. The real GPU Voltage was 1.447V - 1.45V under load. Higher than 1.45V will give it OVP/OCP.

    @ Splave:

Not just your limit Allen, looked like everyone who got the updated VRM firmware for Lightning have disturbingly similar limit. Rock stable at 1600-1700 @ 1.45V, and then hit a 'wall' and won't reach above 1700Mhz GPU(OVP/OCP when trying higher voltage).

  3. Whoa, MOA 2014 already. time flies so fast :D

What would be the hardware restrictions I wonder? No new cpu,but we can expect the refreshed motherboard with new chipset(z97?)...also would be a very interesting finals if they used X79 + DDR4 :)

  4. *phew* It's Over!

Congrats for Australia! Only 1st time doing it seriously and yet you guys still finish strong enough to get the 1st position with quite large margin on the scores - EPIC!

Also congratulation for the other countries for the impressive submissions as well: Germany, US, France, and Belgium.

It's been fun pushing it with you guys in this years' Country Cup, see you later in the next OC Competition ;) ;)

    Keep pushing it! :D

  5. Hey guys,

Someone just mailed me to say there is a difference between the stage end time and the cup end time. The cup was originally supposed to end on the 27th noon GMT (24h from now), but the Cup was configured to the 28th (48h). I've re-aligned the stage and Cup to the 28th. So you might have an extra 24 hours to get the score.

Sorry for the inconvenience - hope it didn't ruin anyone's sandbag plans.

Oh Thank God. The LN2 is coming a bit late so I was worried. It's okay now, can sleep for today :)
