Strange component on Asus matrix P

Hello i was wondring if any body nows what this component is here on the matrix platinum card i think it is a kind of a fuse!

 

They have direct contact to the 2 8pin pci-e conectors. and they are labled 12A and the one at the mem circut is labled 8A

The card was benched on ln2 for wery long time an then i dryes it in the owen at 75c but now the card wont boot and when i chech the other card i have the funny components have a short 0ohm and the dead card have 6-12000 ohm on the components does someone now what they are?

Correct, it's a fuse.
