Have here a GTX780 ref with samsung mem, same PCB as Titan here

Have busted the memory mod, and I'd like to epower the mem, can someone help me out as to where I need to solder it to? Ive already had the chokes cut off for epower to the core, and I have a dual channel black epower here I can use, just need to know where I need to solder it to.

Can I ask what the resistor does?

Can anyone tell me what the default memory voltage is?

 

Thanks, I'd assumed it was those chokes but wasn't 100% on it

disable vrm controller for memory, not too sure about the default memory voltage, should be good with 1.5v~1.7v

Ah ok, no problems. Ill find someone who has a 780 to check with about the memory voltage, or just start low.

if anyone has samsung i'd be interested to know what their default voltage is.

Found a dead DCII with Samsung mems, will try to power it up and measure vmem.

Samsung: 1,615 V
